You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package.
3. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at veilluxeofficial@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will update it.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Veilluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If you have any concerns about your package's security, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at veilluxeofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
